Blind at Birth

Blind contours are painful. The point is to not look - to not entirely be in control of your work. This is the first lesson to learn, and I think the most difficult.
This is a horror show distortion of what my had looks like. My fingers are long and thin, but not so deeply lined, and happily, my fingernails are attached to the appropriate places.

Wow... you were right about your hand looking like a werewolf kind of thing. I really like it though, it has alot of character to it, and even though it looks nothing like your hand...it looks like a hand.
